Attorney P. Andrew Hamilton, and Dennis Ring, Vice President of Rosscare, made presentations and spoke in favor of the proposed zone change request. Four neighboring property owners, Herbert Reed, Constance Grenier, Mark Wan and Linda Barbee Swan, spoke in opposition. They expressed concern as to what affect this zone change might have n their properties. Hazel Apt, another neighboring property owner, had questions regarding the proposed use. The Planning Board, after considerable discussion, voted five i favor and none opposed to a motion to recommend to the City Council that the zone change request contained in C.O. S 90-293 be approved.
