Laurel Circle 90-291
A 66' nide road known as Laurel Circle, as show on the Final Subdivision Plan
of The Meadows, dated Dficeatet 5, 1980, and recorded in the Penobscot County
Registry of Deeds in map file D71-89. Said parcel situated on the northeasterly
side of Koaduskeag Avenue. so called in the City of Bangor, County of Penobscot.
and State of Maine, being mare particularly bounded and described as. follows:
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly sideline of said Kenduskeag Avenue at
a point being the southeasterly corner

point further described as being S55° 31' 40" B and a distance of 172.72 feet

Laurel Circle has been satisfactorily constructed to acceptable City standards,
And since the Developer, Meadow Associates Development Corp., has deliverfd a
deed to said right -8f -way and since the right-of-way is part of a subdivision
which was previously approved by the Planning Board, it is recommended that it
be accepted a a Public Way, to be named and known as LaurelCircle, and that
it be added to ttie:Offied:el(Mg Map. It is further recommended that noassessments
be made for said roadway construction not that any damages be paid t any person
as a., esdltiof said laying out.
A Plan of said Laurel Circle right -6f -way is on filk in the Office of the City
Engineer.
