further amended as follows:

2 Zone. Said parcel containing approximately 30.7 acres and being
more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and made a
part hereof.'

a. Applicant requests a zone change for 10.7 acres from a Civic
and institutional Zone to a Commercial 2 Zone at the corner
of Broadway and Strickland Road. There is currently Commer-
cial 2 and Commercial 3 zoning at two corners of this inter-
section.
b. The proposed property is within the Primary Service Area and
is consistent with proposed use as shown on the Land Use
Concepts Map of the City's Comprehensive Plan. Therefore,
Staff would recommend that the Planning Board recommend the
zone request to the City Council. _
