a. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval of a sub-
division consisting of three parcelsq two of which presently
exist. Thethird parcel is for a proposed long-term lease
of EMMC property to Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Maine,
L.P.
b. The project received preliminary subdivision approval on
June 4. 1990. The final subdivision plan contains all the
information required for final subdivision approval.
