Field,Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to real estate located on Blackstone Street in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 9231, Page 60. Said Deed shall be directdd:to Wood Properties, Inc., successor in title to William T. and Elizabeth L. Aeri�ed to Councilman 90-233 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to WOOD PROPERTIES, INC., successor in title to William T. 6 Elizabeth L. Meucci, of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State, all its right, title and interest in and to a certain parcel of land more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 6 Blackstone Street in said Bangor, and further described in a dead recorded in Volume 1853, Page 299, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City Of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1988 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4231, Page 60. Grantee's address: The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1988. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G.
