developmental subdivision plan at its regular meeting of June
5, 1990.
Robert Esrey; the applicant, .spoke in favor of the final plan.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to recommend final
plan approval to the City Council.

Ridge Subdivision, -having been reviewed by the Planning Board and found
to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws and State of
Maine Statutes Title 30A H 4402-4407, be approved. No public improve-
ments are proposed, therefore, no bond required.
