The Lease supersedes a prior lease and primarily proeeides for an extension of the dock by 64 feet to a maxi= length of 432 feet, allows the existing building to exist, and allows for retail sales of items normally incident to recreational boating includiog hon-alcoholic beverages, ice, and lobsters, but subject to prior approval by the Bangor Harbor C®ittee. The remaining team of the Lease is to November 15th this year and Prom April 15th to November 15th next year.
