of Greenfield Avenue extending in asouMwesterly directfannof Essex Street for
a distance of approximately 437 feet to babarea Lane, and the laying out of
Labarea Lane extending approximately 240 feet in a southerly direction from the
southwesterly end of Greenfield Avenue be and hereby is accepted; and be it further
ORDERED, TEAT said streets be established as public ways, and so indicated on
the official City Map.

Bangor, Naine, dated July 29, 1988, recorded In Penobscot Registry of Deeds,
Nap Pile D209, Page 88, and the southerly line of Greenfield Avenue; said
rebar also being located North 10 degrees 46 minutes 02 seconds Nest by and

favor of the proposed laying out.
No damages are recommended as a result of said laying out, since the original
developer, Darbro, Inc., has furnished a deed to the subject right-of-ways to
the City of Bangor,
Sine the streets havebeen constructed to acceptable City standards, it is recommended
that they be accepted andsestablished as public ways, to be named and know
as
n
Greefield Ave and Labax a Lane respectively, and that they be added to the
Official Citygap. The Planning Board has previously approved the addition of these
streets to the Official City Map by their action to accept the final subdiviaion plan
of the subdivislon,..Nhlch delineates these streets. A copy of the subdivision plan
90-314
is on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
