Maine (the Pani) dated 24January1990 for a project generally described as "Primary Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade" Attachment A Scope of Services will be amended as follows. Phase II Final Design Task I Preparation of Plans and Specifications It is agreed that the scope of the design work will be as generally described in the report 'Preliminary Design Secondary Treatment" prepared by CHM Hill. Based upon the facilities described in the report, the attached Drawing List farms the new scope of final design. The "Assumed Facilities List' page 15 attached to the January 24. 1990 agreement is deleted and the Drawing List starting on page 18 Is deleted. Activity Schedule Page 31 of the AGREEMENT is amended as follows: Phase II Final Design will be completed by July 20, 1990 for submittal to the regulatory agencies. Phase II -Final Design Basis of Payment page 33 shall be replaced by the following new Basis of Payment: The above lump sum fee will be due whether o r not the a umber of drawings is produced. If more r r fewer drawings a ended, the lump sum will remain unless a change in scope is agreed upon.
