The. Planning Board held a public hearing on the above request
at its regular meeting of May 71 1990.
Larry C. Van Peursem, Jr., the applicant,epoke in favor of
the request. No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Staff recommended final plan approval with the
Condition that the City Council approve the sewer extension
along Finson Road.
The Planning Board voted 4 to 0 in favor of a motion to
approve this final subdivision plan with the condition that
the City Council approve the extension of the Finson Road
Sewer.
