The planning Board at its regular meeting of May 7, 1990 held
a public hearing on the above request.
Fred Marshall of Ames` Corporation represented the applicant.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Staff recommended final subdivision plan approval
four -unit
this developmental subdivision for the construction of five,
fou_unit apartment buildings.
The Planning Board voted 4 to 0 infavorof a motion to approve
the final subdivision plan.

THAT the final subdivision plan for a developmental sub-
division (five, four -unit apartment buildings) located on the corner
of Husson Avenue and Kenduskeag Avenue, having been reviewed by the
Planning Board and found to be in general conformance with local
subdivision laws and State.of Maine Statutes, Title 30A, Sections
4402 through 4407, be approved. No public improvements are proposed,
therefore, no bond required.

tial structures totaling 20 units.

constitutes subdivision. The final subdivision plan
contains all the information required for final subdivision
approval.
