National Garages will be responsible for hiring personnel and day-to-day operations including bwkkeeping. The management fee is $2110 per year. The operational budget for the lot (which in in addition to the management fee) and parking fees are Subject to City Council approval. National Garages currently operates Pickering Square Garage with a aimilar contract.
