RESOLVED, WHEREAS, pursuant to 30-A M.R.S.A. 5 5204 and the City of Bangor's duly adopted Cononunity Development Program, the City Council adopted on January 8, 1990, as Council Resolve 90-37, the attached Resolution of Condemnation; and WHEREAS, the Resolution has been served on interested parties; and WHEREAS, 30-A M.R.S.A. S 5204 requires that after such serwice the Resolution is to be submitted to the legislative body of the municipality for approval or disapproval; NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of she City of Bangor:' RESOLVED, THAT the Resolution of Condemnation adopted on January 8, 1990, as Council Resolve 90-37 is hereby approved.
