Being Fieldstone Drive, including the cul-de-sac depicted on the Plan entitled "Morningside, Phase II, Hasson Avenue, Bangor, Maine," dated September 9, 1988, prepared for Property Investments, Inc. by Webater-Baldwin-Rohman-Day-Csarniecki, recordtd in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Plan File No. D271-89. There appeared at time and place set for the meeting Mr. Darrell Cooper of Property Investments Inc., developers of the Fieldstone subdivision, which is part of the Morningside development, who spoke in favor of the proposed laying *of. The City Engineer described a few minor deficiencies that would need to be correctdd in the spring, including the adjustment of certain catch basin rims, and the repair of Certain a of the esplanade. Mr. Cooper concurred that he Is responsible for those repaireeas -I- 90-114 Since a deed to the riht-ofway has been received from the developer pursuant to 23 MSA Sec 3025, and is part of an approved subdivision plan, no damages are recommended, and since the developer has paid for the cost of the roadway and utility construction, no assessments are proposed to be levied for said construction. Since the road construction has been satisfactorily completed to City standards, and since Fieldstone Drive Is part of an approved subdivision plan, It is recommended that it be accepted an a public way, to be Neon as Fieldstone Drive.
