Beginning at a point on the northerly rightiof-Way line of Hasson Avenue at the
westerly line of land owned by Property Investments, Inc. as described in a
deed from Hudson College dated November 1, 1984 and recorded in the Penobscot
County Registry of Deeds in Book 3597, Page 127, said point of beginning being
n the westerly right-of-way line of Fieldstone Drive; thence North zero degrees
fifty-six c
minutes forty-five seconds West (N 000 56' 45" W) along said westerly
property line for a distance of five hundred fifty-seven and nine hundredths
(557.09) feet; thence North sixty-nine degrees thirty-nine minutes sixteen seconds
East (N 69' 39. 16" E) for a distance of two hundred ten and sixty-eight hundredths
(210.68) feet to a point, being the point of curvature of e curve to the left having
radios of twenty((29) feet; thence along said curve for anac length of
thirty -ane and forty-two hundredths (31.42) feet to a point of tangency; thence

sideline of Lots 1, 2 and 3 as depicted on the aforeasid plan of Horningsids,
Phase II for a distance of five hundred foun and four hundredths (504.04) feet
to the northerly right-of-way of Hasson Avenue; thence SoLth sixty-nine degrees
thirty minutes four seconds West (S 69' 30' 04" W) along said northerly right-of-
way line of Husson Avenue a distance fifty-three and six hundredths (53.06) feet to
the paint of beginning.
Being Fieldstone Drive, including the cul-de-sac depicted on the Plan entitled
"Morningside, Phase II, Hasson Avenue, Bangor, Maine," dated September 9, 1988,
prepared for Property Investments, Inc. by Webater-Baldwin-Rohman-Day-Csarniecki,
recordtd in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Plan File No. D271-89.
There appeared at time and place set for the meeting Mr. Darrell Cooper of
Property Investments Inc., developers of the Fieldstone subdivision, which is part
of the Morningside development, who spoke in favor of the proposed laying *of.
The City Engineer described a few minor deficiencies that would need to be correctdd
in the spring, including the adjustment of certain catch basin rims, and the repair
of Certain a of the esplanade. Mr. Cooper concurred that he Is responsible for
those repaireeas

Since a deed to the riht-ofway has been received from the developer pursuant to
23 MSA Sec 3025, and is part of an approved subdivision plan, no damages are
recommended, and since the developer has paid for the cost of the roadway and
utility construction, no assessments are proposed to be levied for said
construction.
Since the road construction has been satisfactorily completed to City standards,
and since Fieldstone Drive Is part of an approved subdivision plan, It is
recommended that it be accepted an a public way, to be Neon as Fieldstone Drive.
