TEAT the final subdivision plan for a developmental
subdivision consisting of 44-uditsand located on LaSalle Drive, having
been reviewed by the Planning Board and found to be in general confor-

therefore, no bond required.

developmental subdivision for construction of 44 unit hous-
ing complex located an LaSalle Drive in a Residential 3
Zone.
b. This project received site pie approval January 17,
1989. The project consists 04 11 fourplex nresidential units
in a private development with no public improvements. The
planning board granted preliminary pian approval at the
February 20, 1990 planning board meeting. The final plan
_ indicates the placement of the 11 buildings on the lot. The
City Engineer's office has reviewed the final plan and Staff
,._ - ould recommend final plan approval.
