This area is currently unregulated and is a for c e in regard to general vehicle movement, both entering and nand 1 z parked positions, due to the complex traffic in the surround- ing intersections. Also, the restricted flow of traffic from (lower) Union Street and right turning traffic to Broad Street should also be considered.
