City of Bangor Comprehensive Plan By da City CoanvU of W City of Baxter: ORDERED, THAT WHEREAS, the Bangor City Council adopted the present '- Comprehensive 'Plan of the City of Bangor, Maine by Council Order 50 AB n January 28, 1974 and the Bangor City Council amended said Compre- hensive Plan by the adoption of the revised Land Use Plan by Council Order 150 AG on June 11, 1979; and THAT, in addition to the deletion of areas identified on the attached amended map from "Commercial" and "High Density Residential" - use -categories the area Dresently proposed for future commercial use in the apex of the triangle formed by the junction of Kittredge .Road and Stillwater Avenue, while indicated for potential future commercial use, should not be considered for development or commercial zoning until full range of City services are available in this area and arterial ftreet capacity has been increased to handle Mall area traffic.
