The Planning Board, at its regularly scheduled meeting of February
5, 1990, held a publichearingon the above -noted subdivision plan.
James Lynch, Esq., representedthe applicant, Banmak Associates.
He explained that the proposed' subdivision would add one lot which
was located on Stillwater Avenue. He noted that at the time of
preliminary plan approval thattheBoard had approved with the
condition that a notation' be,placed an the final plan indicating
a right -hand -turn in and a right-hand turn out in the event that
• median was .placed on Stillwater Avenue. Mr. Lynch told the
Board that this notation had been placed on the final plan.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Board voted 5 to,0 in favor of a motion to approve
the Final Plan - Bangor Mall Subdivision.located on Stillwater
Avenue.

TUT the final subdivision plan for the inclusion of one
additional lot to the approved Bangor Mall Subdivision being located
n Stillwater Avenue, having been reviewed by the Planning Board and
found to be in general conformance with local subdivision. laws and
State of Maine Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be approved. No
public improvements are proposed, therefore, no bond required.
