Rob -Gallagher, Engineer for the project, spoke in favor. Jeff Berzinis, who -owns property across the street from this project, expressed concern as to whether or not the applicant would be connecting his sewer into .the City's sewer on Mr. Berzinfs' property. It was noted that the City's sewer would be constructed within the City's public right-of-way and if the applicant were to connect into the sewer at this location, it would be within the City's right-of-way. No one else spoke. Applicant requests final subdivision plan approval for a 33 lot subdivision located an Outer Ohio Street in a Residen- tial 1 Zone. b. This subdivision which received preliminary approval at the October 16, 1989 meeting is located an a rapidly developing Portion of Ohio Street next to the Sunny Hollow and Yankee Properties subdivisions and across the street from the Ber- z nis subdivision. Applicant Proposes 33 lots ranging in size from 9,000 sq. it, to 11,500 sq. ft. with most in the 9,000 sq. ft. area. The plan allows (pr future road inter- connection with the Sunny Hollow and Yankee Properties subdi- vision. The Condition attached to the preliminary plan approval that the City Engineer approve the plans for the proposed streets has been met. C. The final plan submitted meets ordinance and submittal r - quiremants and proposes a public street (Fox Run) and public sewer. The final plat plan indicates one less house lot 433)than the preliminary plan (34 lots) to allow more area for on-site stormwater detention. Applicant has made a umber of changes to the final plan's stormwater control elements at Staff's request and as a result must submit revised runoff calculations. The City Engineer's office has approved the final plan and Staff would recommend final plan approval upon submittal of satisiactory revised drainage calculations.
