Responsible Departments Engineering Department Commentary: This order completes the process of accepting Kira Drive and Vance Avenue, in the Mt. Rope: Estates Subdivision on Mt. Rope Avenue, as public ways. These streets have previously been constructed to ceptable City standards, and this Council Order is ready for passage. Me above described right-of-ways are more fully shown on a plan prepared by Andrew J. Shy", L. S.. entitled "Final plan of Mt. Hope Estates, Bangor, Maine," and recorded on December 29,1987 in the Penobscot Registry of Beads, Map File D-155-87. Ho person or persons appeared at the time and place met for the meeting. Me above described right-of-wayswere cnstructed to acceptable City standards by Vance A. Aloupie, the developer of the Mt. Hope Estates Subdivision, with the understaMing that they would be accepted as public waysas soon aconstruction wascompleted. Accordingly, it is recommended that said Kira Drive and Vance Avenue bestablished And accepted as public ways, and so noted on the Official City Map. It is further recommended that no damages be awarded for the establishment of said right-of-ways, since they represent a dedication by the developer asshown on the final subdivision plan Lt is further recommended that no benefits be assessed as a result of said laying out.
