The project consisted in the installation of 1,270' of eight inch pipe and four manholes, extending westerly on Sylvan Road from the existing Penjajawac Sewer. The total cost of the swat installation was $25,976.69, which amperes favorably to the original estimate of $28,000.00. The original agreement provided that the City would pay 50%, or $14.000.00, subject to the prepayment of the private share by Darling's. Since the total actual cost was lees than the original estimate, the 50% share to be paid by Darling's would be reduced to $12,988.26, thereby justifying a refund to Darling's in the mount of $1,011.16. Since the mower project has been satisfactorily completed, it is recommended that the reimbursement be made. Plan showing the as -built installation of the sewer are on file in the Office of the City Register. Respectfully submitted, Jahn T. Frawley City Engineer JTF/ctg
