THAT the final subdivision plan for a developmental subdivision
for four, four -unit apartment buildings located at 4V Valley View Lane -
Valley View Apartments Subdivision, having been reviewed by the Planning
Board and found to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws
and State of Maine Statutes, Title 30, Section 4956, be approved. No
Public improvements are proposed, therefore, no bond required.
