Beginning at a point on the westerly right -of -may line of Ohio
Street located 235.98 feet south from the southerly line of Sumy
Hollow Place, a subdivision more fully described in a Deed recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Vol. 6187, Page 327, said point
of beginning being at the intersection of the northerly right,of-way
line of Yankee Avenue with said westerly right-of-way line of Ohio
Street; thence South 64° 45' 26" West along said northerly right-of-
way line for a distance of 267.06 feet to a point, being a point of
curvature ona to the left having a radius of 133.00 feet;
thence along saide for a c distance of 93.21 feet to a point
of tangency; thenceSouth 24- 36' 04" West along said tangent for a
distance of 243.53 feet to a point, being a paint of curvature on
curve to the right having a radius of 67.00 feet; thence along said

Meaning and intending to describe a 66 -foot wide right-of-way
extending westerly from Ohio Street to a cul-de.eac having a diameter
of 120 feet, said right-of-way more fully shown on a Plan entitled
"Evergreen Acres. Yankee Avenue, Ohio Street, Bangor, Maine" dated
September 29. 1989, prepared by Harriman Associates, Land Surveyors,
and recorded in the Penobscot County. Registry of Deeds in Plan Pile
D-26-91 and 0-27-91, and being a portion of the premises described
in a Deed from Marjorie H. Hodgkins to Yankee Properties, Inc. dated
December 9, 1988 and recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of
Deeds in Vol. 4360, Page 329.

Yankee Avenue, as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Yankee Avenue
with the centerline of Ohio Street at Elevation 162.75, Bangor City
Below; thence descending on a grade of 1.002 for a distance of 170
feet to E1. 161.05, being the point of curvature of a concave vertical

No person or persona appeared at the time and place set for
the meeting, although a Release Deed to
said right-of-way was
received from Yankee Properties, Inc.,the Developers of the Evergreen
Acres Subdivision which is served by the proposed street. The sub-
division was previously approved by the Planning Board and the City
Council, and the street has been constructed to acceptable City
standards. N1 costs of the development of the subdivision and
the construction of Yankee Avenue have been paid by the Developer.
Accordingly, no damages are
recommended to be paid to any person
r persons a sult of said r
laying out. n any costs to be
assessed against the properties benefitted by said construction.
Since the proposed subdivision, including Yankee Avenue,
has- been approved by the Planning Board and the City Council, it
recommendedis a
that said right-of-way be accepted 'a a public way,
o becaused and known as Yankee Avenue, and that it be added to
the Official City Map.
