No person or persona appeared at the time and place set for the meeting, although a Release Deed to said right-of-way was received from Yankee Properties, Inc.,the Developers of the Evergreen Acres Subdivision which is served by the proposed street. The sub- division was previously approved by the Planning Board and the City Council, and the street has been constructed to acceptable City standards. N1 costs of the development of the subdivision and the construction of Yankee Avenue have been paid by the Developer. Accordingly, no damages are recommended to be paid to any person r persons a sult of said r laying out. n any costs to be assessed against the properties benefitted by said construction. Since the proposed subdivision, including Yankee Avenue, has- been approved by the Planning Board and the City Council, it recommendedis a that said right-of-way be accepted 'a a public way, o becaused and known as Yankee Avenue, and that it be added to the Official City Map.
