This fee is n the amount of $20,000. Since this requirement occurred at a time when the City did not have Ordinance allowances for impact fees, it is necessary that we treat this i as a contribution. The attached Order would accept this contribution from and designate it to be used for traffic improvements in the Hagan Road area. Under exist- ing State law the City is required to expend this money within a ten year period. We anticipate no problems in meeting this requirement; however it is also included in the Order as a condition of acceptance as a gift. Your approval of this contribution and designation of it !or future traffic improvements in the Hogan Road Area is "commended. ajurllxexJlrnA Manager's Comments YM CilY Mannyer Associated Information:p Budget Approval: paused Dirvall IRgal Approval: city Sxlieilor Introduced For ®Pauage [I First Reading Page of F-1 Referral - 92-41 Meisnedtof:avasr Soucy, November 25, 1991 CITY OF BANGOR (TIRE.)
