in escrow by the Treasurer's
Office pending payment of 1990, 1991
and 1992 real estate taxes
and outstanding sewer charges.

ORDERED,
THAT
Sohn Qnartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Sanger,
to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is o
file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest
the City may have to real estate located at 33 Sidney Street
by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the .Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in volume 4648, Page 335. Said Deed shall be
directed to Paul R. Ryden.

The CITY OF HARDER, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to PAUL H. RYDEN, of East Kingston, New Hampshire, all its
right, title and interest in and to certain property located in
said Bangor and more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 33 Sidney Street in said Bangor,
and further described in a deed recorded in volume 4216,
Page 22, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed for the year 1990 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Volume 4648, Page 335.
The purpose of this dead is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax year 1990.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QDARTARARO, Flounce Director, thereunto duly authorized,
this _ day of November, 1991.
