ORDERED, TUT John Quaxtararo, Finance Director, is hereby authorised and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to real estate located at 30 Cottage Street by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in volume 4443, Page 162. Said deed shall be directed to van Reed Clifford, Trustee, Cottage Street Realty Trust, successor in title to David & Debra Plowman. County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to VAN REED CLIFFORD, TRUSTEE, Cottage Street Realty Trust, successor in title to David 6 Debra Plowman, of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 10 Cottage Street, and further described in a deed recorded in Volume 3964, Page 277, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G.Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1989 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 162. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1989. The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate n e by JOEN QUANTANARO, Finance Director; thereunto duly authorized, this day of November, 1991.
