The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above -noted
final—subdivision plan at its regularly scheduled meeting on
September 3, 1991.
Raymond J Coca, Jr., representing the applicant, explained the
final subdivision plan and answered questions of the Board.
No one spoke in opposition'.
The Planning Staff recommended final subdivision plan approval
as the plan presented met the requirements of the zone and the
requirements for subdivision plan submittals, with the condition
that the applicant provide for improvements guarantees.
The Planning Board!jvoted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve
the final subdivision plan with the condition that the applicant
Provide for improvement guarantees in accordance with Chapter XII,
Article 8 of the Laws and Ordinances Of th€ City of Bangor.
