Raymond J Coca, Jr., representing the applicant, explained the final subdivision plan and answered questions of the Board. No one spoke in opposition'. The Planning Staff recommended final subdivision plan approval as the plan presented met the requirements of the zone and the requirements for subdivision plan submittals, with the condition that the applicant provide for improvements guarantees.
