Meaning and intending to describe that portion of the 60 -foot wide right-of-way of Pleasant Street extending between South Street and Railroad Street as originally laid out and accepted as a public way by the City of Bangor on August I, 1883; and be It further -1- ORDERED, THAT the city engineer, it accordance with the provisions of 23 M.R.S.A. 43026, proceed to give beat practicable notice to all abutting property o and to the Planning Board of the Intention of said Municipal Officers to discontinue and vacate said right-of-way, excepting the reservation of a publicat for existing storm swat and overhead power line, and make a writtenreturn of said proceedings. together with a list of possible damages as a resultof said discontinuance, and report his findings to the City Council for further action. -2- IN CITY COUNCIL September. ll. 1991 Passed 1 CI CLERK 91-349 ORDER Title, Authorizing Discontinuance of Pleasant Street Between South Street and Railroad Street ..<.��........................... 4.4.
