THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map
cf the City Bangor dated September 23, 1974, as amended, be
hereby further amended as follows:
By changing a parcel of land located at 5 Parker Street (Tax Map
No. 35, Parcel Ne! 127) from Commercial 3 Zone to Residential 4
Zone. Said parcel containing approximately ($.;00 sq. ft, and
being more particularly indicated on the map attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

• Applicant requests a zone change from a Commercial 3 Zane to
Residential 4 (R -4l Zone : a 6,500 sq. ft. ends oi land
located on Parker Street adjacent to the "Gas Works" Parking
Lot.
