The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of August 20,
1991 held a publichearing on the above noted final Subdivision plan.
No one spoke either in favor of or n opposition to the proposed
finalSubdivisionplan.
The Planning Staff recommended approval as the plan submitted met
the requirements of the C-3 Zone and the requirements for Subdivision
submittal under the Subdivision Regulations.
The Planning'Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to
the final plan as presented. approve
NOTE: There are no public improvements proposed. No bond is
required.

having been reviewed by the Planning Board and found to be in general

are proposed, therefore, no bond required.

a. Applicant requests final'su6division approval for a two (2)
lot subtlivisl on along Odlin Road in a Commercial 3 Zone.
The Applicane previ pussy subdivided an 3.2 acre parcel for
the Fairfield Inn from this original let. This proposal
would be the third division within a 5 year period for this
lot and requires Subdivision approval. -
b. The applicant received preliminary subdivision approval on
August 6, 1991. The proposed plan meets all ordinance and
subdivision requirements and Staff would recommend final
subdivision approval.
