Mr: Bouvet, representing the applicant, explained that this plan had been revised. The major changes were inthe number of buildings proposed. Originally, the applicant proposed 3, 16 -unit buildings and was now proposing 6, 8 -unit buildings. No one spoke in opposition. The Planning Staff recommended approval of this "developmental subdivision" plan revision as it met the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations. The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in approve Apartments favor of a motion to the final subdivision plan revision for the Whetstone o Subdivision subject to the applicant meeting the requirement for Provision of improvements guarantees in accordhe with the Subdivision Regulations.
