The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of August 20,
1991,held a Public hearing on the above final subdivision plan
revision.
Mr: Bouvet, representing the applicant, explained that this plan
had been revised. The major changes were inthe number of
buildings proposed. Originally, the applicant proposed 3, 16 -unit
buildings and was now proposing 6, 8 -unit buildings.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Staff recommended approval of this "developmental
subdivision" plan revision as it met the requirements of the
Subdivision Regulations.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in approve Apartments
favor of a motion to
the final subdivision plan revision for the Whetstone o
Subdivision subject to the applicant meeting the requirement for
Provision of improvements guarantees in accordhe with the
Subdivision Regulations.

THAT The final subdivision plan revision for a developmental
subdivision, located off Sunset Avenue and Texas Avenue - Whetsone
Apartments Subdivision, having been reviewed by the Planning Board
and found to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws
and State of Maine Statutes, Title 30-A, Sections 4402-4407, be
approved, subject to meeting the requirement for the provision of
improvement guarantees in accordance with the provisions of Chanter
XII„ Article 8, of the Laws and Ordinances of the City of Bangor.

a. Applicant requests final developmental subdivision approval
to reconfigure the approved 48-unit Sunset Meadows residen-
tial

Zane. The applicant proposes to change from a three (3)
building, 16-unit residential complex to a six (6), S-unit
building configuration. The applicant "calved site plan
approval for this new configuration on August 6, 1991.
D. The proposed subdivision plan meets all ordinance and submit-
tal requirements and Staff would recommend final subdivision
approval conditioned upon the provision of the required
improvement guarantees and subject to all previuosly re-
quired conditions.
