The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of July 16,
1991;-held'a public hearing on the above -noted subdivision plan.
'Don Becker, of 'Civil Engineering Services, represented the applican
and answered'yuestions of the Board.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Staff recommended final plan approval with the
condition that all the subdivision guarantees be met in accordance
with Chapter XII, Article 8, as the plan submitted met the
requirements of the Subdivision Regulations.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve
the final subdivision plan for the Carrie Court Extension Subdivi-
sion subject to the provision that improvements guarantees comply
with the provisions of Chapter XII, Article 8.

Subdivision - having been reviewed by the Planning Board and found
to be in general conformance with local subdivision laws and State
of Maine Statutes, Title 30-A, Sections 4402-4407, be approved,
subject to meeting the requirements for the provision of improvement
