In an abundance of caution, Burgundy has asked the City to execute an Easement Deed authorizing Burgundy to maintain the encroachment. The Deed also would grant Burgundy a easement to eStreet for he fcotpurpose wide sectioning,Front Street ------ and Pleasant and set for the purpose of repairing, rebuilding, - wouldfining and servicing Burgundy's building. This easement ores survive the city's planned discontinuance of Pleasant Street. Oepar4 n<NevL Manager's Comments: I'in."
