Commentary:
The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City
may have in the real estatefulocated at 19 Drummond Street by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien on record in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds for the year 1984.The taxes in question
rrecently paid, and deeds will be prepared and forwarded
to the individuals claiming aninterest in the property, to
wit: Robert Moleds and'SukitSaritvanich.

ORDERED,
TWT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute Municipal Quitclaim Deeds, copies of which are on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have to real estate located on Drummond Street in
said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 3524, Page 236.
Said deeds shall be directed to Robert D. Moleon and Sukit
Saritvanich.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County Of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to ROBERT D.
POISON AND DOUGLAS F. SCMIDT, both of Bangor, County of Penobscot and
State of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain
property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as
follows,
Real estate located at 19 Drummond Street in said
Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded in
volume 2884, Page 160, Penobscot Registry of Deeds;
excepting that portion conveyed to Sukit Saritvanich
by deed recorded in said Registry in volume 4086,
Page 283.
Being portion of the same premises acquired by said
City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1984 by virtue of
an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in volume 3524,. Page 236.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax year 1984.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed i its corporate name by JOHN G.
FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this _ day
of June, 1991.

Schmidt, of Bangor, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, all itsright,
title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and
more particularly described as follows,

Bangor, and further described in a deed recorded i

The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by, virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax year 1984.
