ORDERED,
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may
have to real estate located on Sidney Street in said Bangor by
virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 19. Said deed shall be
directed to Michael R. and Elaine C. Ingersoll.

The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid,
releases to MICHAEL E. INGERSOLL 6 ELAINE C. INGERSOLL, both of
Orrington, County of Penobscot and State of Maine, successors in
title to Rena Court Brewer, of Bangor, Maine, all its right, title
and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and
more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at 136 Sidney Street in said Bangor
and further described in a deed recorded in volume
4022, Page 141, Penobscot Registry of Deeds.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
taxes assessed fax the year 1989 by virtue of an
undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deedsin volume 4443, Page 19.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes
assessed for the tax years 1989.. This deed shall be deemed to run
to any person holding a record interest in the above-described
property or any part thereof as of the date of this instrument.
The intent of this deed being not to defeat the current title or
interest of any person otherwise validly acquired in the above
property either before or after the date of the City of Bangor's
tax lien recorded in volume 4443, Page 19.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN G. FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized,
this _ day of June, 1991.
