This vision ofMoises future is not rlmtodal but real possibility if local citizen call upon our nations leaders to change federal policy and spending pdodfies. This is the basic conclusion ofa sandy, "A Shit in Federal Spending: What the Peace Dividend Can Mean WMaine", which analyzes a 7%annual across the board cut in military spending between 1991.1994 and reinvestment of these Wend dollars t domestic programs.
