Amending Chapter V, Article 9 of the Ordinances of the City of Bangor -- Use of Public assure and Drains -- Industrial User Wastewater pretreatment Program Be a ordained by See My Caused of the City ofBaxpor, ae foyame THAT Chapter v, Article 9 of the Law and Ordinances of the City of Bangor is hereby amended as follows: (1) THAT Section 1, Subsection 1.8.1 is hereby amended to read as follows: 1.8.1 "Excessive Loadina": Any discharge resulting in a Blelegiowl Biochemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D.) or Total Suspended Solids QR.B.A.j IT.S.S.1 Loading in excess of 350 mqA ma/1. where a relation is established between B.O.D. and Chemical Oxvaen Demand lC O D.1 or Total Organic Carbon (T.O C 1. a dlachavae in a of the equivalent C.O.D. or T.O.C. loading shallconstitute excessive lozolina.
