ORDERED,
THAT John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute two Municipal Quitclaim Deeds, copies of which are
on file in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest
the City may have to real estate located at 1160 Ohio Street
in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 242.
Said deeds shall be directed to Frederick L. Street III of
Guilford, Piscataquis County, and Joseph R. Bolduc of Van Buren,
Aroostook County, successors in title to Frederick L. Street,
Jr., -according to their respective interests.

MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED 91-I88
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releasee to JOSEPH R.
BOLDUC of Van Buren, County of Aroostook and State of Maine, successor in
title to Frederick L. Street, Jr., all its right, title and interest in
and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly
described as follows:
Real estate located on the southwesterly aide of Ohio
Street in said Bangor, and further described in a deed
recorded in Volume 3194, Page 9, Penobscot Registry
of Deeds, excepting that portion thereof conveyed by
Frederick L. Street Jr. to John N. Goodwin of Greenville,
Mark R. Mowatt of Holden, and John B. Largay of Bangor by
warranty dead dated December 18, 1986 and recorded in
Volume 3947, Page 135, Penobscot Registry of Deeds; and
excepting that portion thereof conveyed by warranty deed
dated November 18, 1988 and recorded in Volume 4369, Page
257 of said Registry.
Being a portion of the same premises acquired by said
City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director)
for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1988 by virtue of
an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds in Volume 4443, Page 242.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may
have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed
for the tax year 1988.
The said CITY OF BANGOR has caused this instrument to be sealed
with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN G.
FIELD, Deputy Finance Director, thereunto duly authorised, this _ day
of fogy, 1991.

of Deeds.
