Commmtmy:
The Planning Board at its regular meeting of April 16, 1991 held
a public hearing on the above -noted subdivision plan.
Robert Nolte, Esq., represented the applicant and spoke in favor
of the application. He explained that this was a revision to an
already approved subdivision in order to re-establish the starting
and completion dates.
No one spoke in opposition.. The Planning Staff recommended approve
of the proposed revision as it met all Ordinance requirements,with
the condition that the applicant submit the necessary subdivision
improvement guarantees in accordance with the Subdivision Regula-
tions within 120 days of approval.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve
the final plan with the condition that the applicant submit the
necessary subdivision improvements guarantees within 120 days of
approval.
