THAT the zoning boundary lines as established by the Zoning Map of
the City of Bangor dated September 23, 1975, as amended, be hereby
further amended as follows:
By changing part of a parcel of land located on Carrie Court Extension
(Tax Map No. R-55, Part of Parcel No. 12) from Residential lA Zone
to Residential 2 Zone. Said part of parcel containing approximately
77,000 sq. £t. and being more particularly indicated on the map
attached hereto and made part hereof.

The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of May 21,
1991 field S public hearing on the above -noted zone change request.
Carl Snow, Jr., the applicant spoke in favor of the proposed
zone change.
Five residents of the Stillwater Gardens Subdivision spoke i
opposition. They expressed concerns about future property
values, increased traffic congestion and the preservation of
their single-family residential neighborhood.
The Planning Board voted 3 to 2 in favor of a motion to
recommend to the City Council that the zone change request
contained in C.O. b 91-17] be approved.
