Cotnlrulstuy:
The Planning Board held a public hearing on the above noted
final-subdivision plan at its meeting of April 16, 1991.
P. Andrew Hamilton, Esq., representing the applicants, noted that
there had been no changes made to this plan since it received
preliminary plan approval by the Board.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Planning Staff recommended approval of this "developmental
subdivision" as it met all Ordinance requirements.
The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve
the, final subdivision plan as submitted.
NOTE: There are no public improvements proposed therefore, no
no bond is required.

TEAT the finalsubdivision plan for a developmental
subdivision for construction of two, four -unit apartment buildings
located at 1004 State Street having been reviewed by the Planning
Board and found to be in general conformance with local subdivision
laws and State of Maine Statutes, Title 30A, Sections 4402-4407, be
approved. No public improvements are proposed therefore, no bond is
required.

a. Applicants request final subdivision plan approval for the
construction of two, four -unit apartment buildings at 1004
State Street in a Residential 3 (Contract) Zone.
b. Applicants received preliminary developmental subdivision
.approval and site plan approval on March 5, 1991.- Due to
having three or more buildings on one parcel and/or three or
more dwelling units in a building this development
constitutes a subdivision. The final subdivision plan has
