P. Andrew Hamilton, Esq., representing the applicants, noted that there had been no changes made to this plan since it received preliminary plan approval by the Board. No one spoke in opposition. The Planning Staff recommended approval of this "developmental subdivision" as it met all Ordinance requirements. The Planning Board voted 5 to 0 in favor of a motion to approve the, final subdivision plan as submitted.
