Item/Subject: Authorizing the execution of a lease with Fenton Hill
American Limited for 1300 s.f. of warehouse space in
Building 492 at Banger international Airport.

Commentary: Fenton Hill American Limited has been negotiating with
Staff regarding a lease for 1300 s.f. of warehouse space in Building
492 at Bangor International Airport. Fenton Hill American Limited
currently leases space in the Domestic Terminal to operate ^Duty Free"
and -America to Fm^ gift shops. The warehouse would store bonded
products sold in the two shops. The lease rate if $5278 annually or
$4.06 per s.f. The term is for two (2) years or until 1993. The
lease includes heat and electricity and $540 annually will be paid to
the tenant sharing the building (Bangor Air. Freight) as reimbuneement.
