TWT the attached report of the City Engineer relative to the laying
out and establishment of Milk Street, extending easterly from North xildreth
Street for a distance of 790.5. feet, more or less, be and hereby is accepted;
and be it further
ORDERED, THAT said street be accepted as a public way, to be named and
known as Milk Street, and that It be added to the Official City Map.

Beginning at an iron rod located on the easterly right -of -pay line
of North BSldreth Street at the intersection with the northerly line of
land described in a Deed to Marden's. Inc., recorded in the Penobscot
Registry of Deeds, Vol. 3955, Page 122, said point also marking the
northwest corner of property conveyed to Benjamin E. Grant by Deed of
C. Charles Lambert dated August 1. 1990, recorded in Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Vol. 4695, Page 250: thence North 82° 16' 00" East by and

Meaning and intending to describe an eighty (80) foot wide right-
hf-way, extending in an easterly direction for a distance of seven hundred
ninety and five tenths (190.5) feet, more or less, the northerly line of
which is coincident with the northerly line of property awned by
Benjamin E. Grant as described in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in
Vol. 4695, Page 250.
There appeared at the time and place ret for the meeting Mr.
Benjamin E. Grant who spoke In favor of the project. Theroadway
within said right-of-way has been constructed by the City of Bangor
to acceptable City standards, ready for paving during the coming
construction season. Mr. Grant dedicated the right-of-way to the
City of Bangor under a previous agreement wherein the City would
construct the roadway; accordingly, o benefits a sed and n

The Planning Board approved the addition of said street to
the Official City Nap at the regular meeting on March 5, 1991.
Accordingly, it is recommended that the street be accepted as a
public way, to be named and knows as Milk Street, and that it be
added to the Official City Map. -
