Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file n the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City may have to real estate located on Stillwater Avenue in said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4442, Page 281. Said deed shall be directed to W. C. Weatherbee a Sens, Inc., successor in title to Lucille A. C Weatherbee & Sons, Inc., a Maine corporation having a place of business in said Bangor, successor in title to Lucille A. Deflect; or al., of said Bangor, all its right rifle and interest in and to certain parcels of land more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at or about 746 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, Penobscot County, Maine, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1988 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 4442, Page 281. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1988. In witness whereof, the City of Bangor has caused this instrument to be signed in its corporate time and sealed by its undersigned officer, duly authorized, this _ day of 1991. Notary Public/Attomey at Law Print or type name as signed 91-119 EXHIBIT A First Parcel: 'A certain lot or parcel of land, together with any buildings thereon, situated in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at a hub at the point of intersection of the easterly line of Lot Numbered Thirty -Nine (39) with the northwesterly line of Stillwater Avenue and thirty (30) feet out from the center of said Stillwater Avenue; thence North about three (3) degrees east on the easterly line of said Lot Numbered Thirty-nine (39) for acourse line distance o£ eight hundred ninety-four (894) feet, more or less, to a steel hub in the center line of the stream of Meadow Brook, so-called; thence, up the said Meadow. Brook by its center line to a steel hub driven into the center line of said stream; thence, up and over the south bank of said stream in a southeasterly direction for a course line distance of fifty-one (51) feet and eight (8) inches to a steel stake driven into the ground on the northeast comer of a parcel of land now or formerly owned by Boger L. and Irene. Sproul; thence in a westerly direction along a line at an interior angle of one hundred and five (105) degrees and zero minutes for a distance of 155.40 feet to a steel rod driven into the ground; thence southerly along a line at an interior angle of one hundred and seven (107) degrees and thirty (30) minutes for a distance of 96.07 feet to a steel rod driven into the ground; thence in an easterly direction along a line at an interior angle of eighty (80) degrees and zero minutes for a 'distance of 216.4 feet to the point of beginxing."
