ORDERED,
THAT Sohn G. Field, Deputy Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Deed, a copy of which is on file
n the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the
City may have to real estate located on Stillwater Avenue in
said Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded
in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4442, Page 281.
Said deed shall be directed to W. C. Weatherbee a Sens, Inc.,
successor in title to Lucille A. Deeeck at al.

MUNICIPAL QUITCL4IM DEED
The City of Bangor, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobswt State
of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to W. C Weatherbee & Sons, Inc., a Maine
corporation having a place of business in said Bangor, successor in title to Lucille A.
Deflect; or al., of said Bangor, all its right rifle and interest in and to certain parcels of land
more particularly described as follows:
Real estate located at or about 746 Stillwater Avenue in Bangor, Penobscot
County, Maine, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Meaning and intending to convey the same premises acquired by said City of
Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed
for the year 1988 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the
Penobscot County Registry of Deeds in Book 4442, Page 281.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the
above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year
1988.
In witness whereof, the City of Bangor has caused this instrument to be signed in its
corporate time and sealed by its undersigned officer, duly authorized, this _ day of

EXHIBIT A
First Parcel: 'A certain lot or parcel of land, together
with any buildings thereon, situated in Bangor, County of
Penobscot, State of Maine, and being more particularly described as
follows, to wit: Beginning at a hub at the point of intersection
of the easterly line of Lot Numbered Thirty -Nine (39) with the
northwesterly line of Stillwater Avenue and thirty (30) feet out
from the center of said Stillwater Avenue; thence North about three
(3) degrees east on the easterly line of said Lot Numbered
Thirty-nine (39) for acourse line distance o£ eight hundred
ninety-four (894) feet, more or less, to a steel hub in the center
line of the stream of Meadow Brook, so-called; thence, up the said
Meadow. Brook by its center line to a steel hub driven into the
center line of said stream; thence, up and over the south bank of
said stream in a southeasterly direction for a course line distance
of fifty-one (51) feet and eight (8) inches to a steel stake driven
into the ground on the northeast comer of a parcel of land now or
formerly owned by Boger L. and Irene. L. Averill; thence in the same
southeasterly direction, along the eastern boundary of said parcel
of land for a course line distance of one hundred seventy-three
(173) feet and nine (9) inches to a steel stake driven into the
ground on the southeast corner of the said parcel of land now or
formerly owned by Roger L. and Irene L. Averill; thence north about
fifty (50) degrees east, and at an interior angle of seventy-five
(75) degrees for a course line distance of seventy-nine (79) feet
.and eight (8) inches to the point begun at. This conveyance is
made subject to a Notice of Layout And Taking by the State of Maine
dated July 21, 1981 and recorded in Book 3210, Page 54. Being the
samee premises as described in a deed of Robert L. Sproul at al to
the mortgagor herein of recent date to be recorded."
Second. Parcel: "A certain lot or parcel of land with the
buildings thereon situate in Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of
Maine, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a steel rod
driven into the ground at the newly constituted southeast comer of
the parcel of land located at 744 Stillwater Avenue, thence north-
easterly on a bearing of N 310 37' 12' E for a distance of 126.15
feet to steel red driven Into the ground adjacent to land now o
formerly owned by Ronald G. Sproul; thence in a westerly direction
along a line at an interior angle of one hundred and five (105)
degrees and zero minutes for a distance of 155.40 feet to a steel
rod driven into the ground; thence southerly along a line at an
interior angle of one hundred and seven (107) degrees and thirty
(30) minutes for a distance of 96.07 feet to a steel rod driven
into the ground; thence in an easterly direction along a line at an
interior angle of eighty (80) degrees and zero minutes for a
'distance of 216.4 feet to the point of beginxing."
Third Parcel: "Also, a parcel of land attached to the
western boundary of the before mentioned parcel of land since
June, 1976 and being a part of the premises located at 044
Stillwater Avenue, bounded and described as follows: Beginning
at the southwest corner of the parcel of land first above
described, thence in a westerly direction in prolongation of the
line forming the southern boundary of the said parcel of land
fifty-five (55) feet more
or less to the center of the stream
known as Penjajawock toa steel post on the bottom and center
line or chance: of said stream; thence go in a northerly direc-
tion along the center line of said stream a distance of eighty-
nine (09) feet more or less to a steel rod in the bed of the
stream; thence in an easterly direction a distance of 55 feet and
6 inches more or less to the northwest corner of the parcel of
land first described in this deed; thence in a southerly direc-
tion along the southern boundary of the land to which this parcel
has been attached a distance of 96.07 feet more or less to the
Point of beginning. Being the same premises as described in a
deed Of Roger L. Averill and Irene L. Averill to Lucille A.
DeBeck dated July 30, 1987 and recorded in the Penobscot county
Registry of Deeds, Book 4074, Page 207."

Penobscot, State of Maine and being more particularly described

described as being 200.0 feet asn

deg. -221-25" W) by and along land of said Stillwater Professional
Park as shown onsaid aforementioned plan a distance of 530.00
feet to an iron pins found on said line; Thence continuing on the
same course (N 11 deg. -22'-25" W) by and along land of said
Stillwater Professional Park a distance of 25 feet, more or less,
to the thread of Penjajawoc Stream; Thence in a southerly direc-
tion by and along the thread of said Penjajawoc Stream a distance
Of 590 feet, more or less, to a point defined by the intersection
