Gowning for acquisition of a 23.79 acre combined parcel of land in Bangor lying adjacent to Bangor International Airport; and WHEREAS, those negotiations have failed to result in an agreed price for the sale of said property to the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Bangor presently seeks to acquire a smaller Portion of the 23.79 acre parcel described in Council Order 90-316; NOW, THEREFORE, By the City Council of the City of Bangor, be it ORDERED, THAT the City of Bangor acquire by eminent domain, pursuant to Title 30-A M.R.S.A. 5 3101, for Airport purposes, the £ollameing described property of Muriel B.
