The Planning Board at its regularly scheduled meeting of December
4, 1990, held a public hearing on the above noted subdivision
,plan revision.
Sheldon Hartstone, the Applicant, spoke in favor of the project.
No one spoke in opposition.
The Board voted 5 to 0 i favor of a motion to approve the
Willows Subdivision Revision,

located at 323 Stillwater Avenue (The Willows. Subdivision Revision)
consisting of a 48 -unit apartment complex, having been reviewed by the
Planning Board and found to be in general conformance with local subdivi-
sion laws and State of Maine Statutes, Title 30A Sections 4402-4407 be ` -'
approved. No public improvements are proposed, therefore, no bond
required.
