1. Charges for Residential Disposal.
If there is a desire to amend the ordinance by eliminating
the Council's option of imposing a fee, Ordinance 91-6
should be.emended as follows:.._

As I understand it, there may be some endments made to this
Ordinance this evening. I would suggest consideration be given
to the followlagV
1. Charges for Residential Disposal.
If there is a desire to,amend the ordinance by eliminating
the Council's option o£ imposing a fee, Ordinance 91-6
should be amended as follows:
I move that all of Section 21 and subsections 24.1.
24.3. and 24.5 be deleted and the Ordinance be approp-
riately re -numbered.
