The basis of eligibility for assistance from the Bangor Welfare Department is that the applicant(s) have a need under the Standard of Nerd Deficit. Such determination shell be made by use of an indigency formula. Eligibility under all other emergency provisions shall be determined by these regulations and the case record shall specify the section under which assistance is provided. The total amount paid for rent mortgage, fuel and utilities will not exceed the mexivar 6ausing limits net forth.. Maximan levels of Assistance. The maximum amounts allowed for food. Payments for rental assistance on behalf of an otherwise eligible individual will rot be made to a parent or grandparent by consanguinity, unless the rental arrangement has existed for three Ui months prior to the application for assistance and is necessary to provide the parent or grandparent with basic necessities.
