This lien had previously been charged off the City's books as uncollectible under 36 N.R.S.A. S 841(2). See attached Mao dated April 22, 1991. ' Amip/n^/dl troT^d^� yn Councilman 92-445 MUNICIPAL QUITCLAIM DEED The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration paid, releases to the STATE CF MAINE, successor in title to Philip G. Kelley, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said Bangor and more particularly described as follows: Real estate located at 632 Bain Street in said Bangor, and further described in deeds recorded in Volume 1736, Page 272 and Volume 1980, Page 13, Penobscot Registry of Deeds. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid taxes assessed for the year 1982 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 3342, Page 69. The purpose of this dead is to release to said State of Maine any interest the City may have in the above-described property by virtue of unpaid taxes assessed for the tax year 1982.
