RE: Tax Lien - Philip G Kelley
AS we have previously discussed, this list. was erroneously
assessed to Phil Kelley in 1982. The property was acquired by the
State of Maine as a part of its land acqusition program for
1-395. Since the State is exempt from ta'.cation, the assessment
should not have been made. 1 recommend that the lien be written
off as uncollectable.'
