Recently, under a workout arrangement, final payment was received on the 1989 real estate tax lien. There still are outstanding taxes due,£ron 1980 through to the Current assessment. Assigned to i Councilmen 92-410 MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DSSD The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor, County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration, paid, releases to JOHN s LOIS DOWN of Bucksport, Hancock County, State Of Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property located in said _Bangor and more particularly described as follows: - 1980 14x72 Oxford Mobile Home located on land of Walsh (Lot 102) in said Bangor. Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor (by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid real estate taxes assessed for the year 1987 by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds in Volume 4024, Page 121. The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City may have in the above-de9cribsd property by virtue of unpaid real estate taxes assessed for the tax year 1907. The said CITY OFBANGORhas caused this instrument to be sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this day of September, 1992.
