The purpose of this Order is to release any interest the City may
have in the real estate described in the Order and Deed by virtue
of an undischarged municipal tax lien on record in the Penobscot
Registry Of Deeds for the year 1987. Recently, under a workout
arrangement, final payment was received on the 1989 real estate tax
lien. There still are outstanding taxes due,£ron 1980 through to
the Current assessment.

ORDERED,
THAT John Quartararo, Finance Director, is hereby
authorized and directed, on behalf of the City of Bangor, to
execute a Municipal Quitclaim Dead, a copy of said Deed on file
in the office of the City Clerk, releasing any interest the City
may have in a mobile home located on land of Walsh in said
Bangor by virtue of an undischarged tax lien recorded against
said property in the Penobscot Registry of Deeds for the tax _
year 1987. Said Deed shall be directed to John 6 Lois Dunn.

MUNICIPAL OUITCLAIM DSSD
The CITY OF BANGOR, a body corporate, located at Bangor,
County of Penobscot, State of Maine, for consideration, paid,
releases to JOHN s LOIS DOWN of Bucksport, Hancock County, State Of
Maine, all its right, title and interest in and to certain property
located in said _Bangor and more particularly described as follows: -
1980 14x72 Oxford Mobile Home located on land of Walsh
(Lot 102) in said Bangor.
Being the same premises acquired by said City of Bangor
(by John G. Field, Deputy Finance Director) for unpaid
real estate taxes assessed for the year 1987 by virtue of
an undischarged tax lien recorded in the Penobscot Registry
of Deeds in Volume 4024, Page 121.
The purpose of this deed is to release any interest the City
may have in the above-de9cribsd property by virtue of unpaid real
estate taxes assessed for the tax year 1907.
The said CITY OFBANGORhas caused this instrument to be
sealed with its corporate seal, and signed in its corporate name by
JOHN QUARTARARO, Finance Director, thereunto duly authorized, this
day of September, 1992.
